Cheftastic was born out of an idea from my daughter, one day we were cooking and we started talking about our recipes and maybe one day videotaping them. So the idea came to me that this would be a fun interactive way to help children learn how to cook and also to provide a way for parents and children to spend quality time together. We have made up recipes,followed some by the book and overall just had fun being in the kitchen and eating or drinking what we have created. Cooking is a great way for parents and children to bond and it also teaches them the essentials of food preparation,measuring and patience.
