Today on Cheftastic we present one of our favorite quick snacks, the ham and cream cheese rollup. Basically you take any type of flat ham lunchmeat and lay it out. Then take a butter knife and spread some cream cheese on top. Roll the ham up and the cream cheese is now inside the ham and can be tasted together when you bite into it. Some people have used other kunchmeats and if you want to experiment feel free.
